Values Management was founded with the aim of offering Israeli and multinational organizations the knowledge and effective methodology required to deal with the next challenges facing the business – organizational ethics, sustainability development and value management to direct organizations towards differentiation and competitive advantage leading to a better world.
Knowledge how: exceptional combination of accumulated experience in leading change processes in organizations, expertise in values management, sustainable development, development and implementation of ethical codes, corporate governance and social responsibility programs, in accordance with international indices, legal and regulatory requirements.
Our activity in the development and assimilation of organizational change processes is done while addressing internal and external organizational stakeholders. We work with clients to strengthen their organizational capabilities by using Management by Values and Results MBVR strategies. We believe that value-led decision-making toolbox enables the creation of competitive advantage and success in organizational value creation.
Led by Dr. Avshalom Adam Values Management is a lecturer, researcher, and OD Senior Consultant. Expert in organizational ethics, ESG, Sustainability Development, Circular Economy, and in creating Educational and Learning environments fostering innovations and green skills.
He has been a Visiting-Research Fellow at the Universities of Berkeley and Stanford in California.
