Values Management was founded with the aim of offering Israeli and multinational organizations the knowledge and effective methodology required to deal with the next challenges facing the business – organizational ethics, sustainability development and value management to direct organizations towards differentiation and competitive advantage leading to a better world.

Our activity in the development and assimilation of organizational change processes is done while addressing internal and external organizational stakeholders. We work with clients to strengthen their organizational capabilities by using Management by Values and Results MBVR strategies. We believe that value-led decision-making toolbox enable the creation of a competitive advantage and success in the organizational value creation.
